Ms. Sibani Mallik (AFIP, FFIP, AFIAP)

Ms. Sibani Mallik, a pure science graduate and a retired Assistant General Manager of State Bank of India has been always interested in the beauty of images. Colours, play of light, moods of people and the varied nuances of living life kept her engrossed in her busy life of a corporate job and bringing up a very successful son.

She is a diploma holder in photography from the prestigious internationally acclaimed Photographic Association of Dumdum.  She has learnt her skills being a disciple of a respected figure in the world of photography Shri Benu Sen and Shri Biswatosh Sengupta.

Among her credentials are AFIP, FFIP,  AFIAP. Moreover she has been awarded various honours in international and Indian photographic salons.

Widely well travelled, currently she is eager to share her knowledge, skills and experience from all over the world with learners, helping in their journey in the realm of this artistic universe.

Tamal Goswami (FFIP, EFIAP, GPA PESGSPC, HON. PESGS)

Tamal Goswami learnt Photography from the International Legendary Photographer Late Sri Benu Sen. He has won many awards and acclaims throughout his long chequered career.

Soumitra Banerjee

Obsession with Photography right from childhood made Soumitra Banerjee give up his position as the MD & CEO of Vigilante Electronics Private Limited. Having won many awards and recognitions, he soon established his presence in the industry as a creative and innovative photographer known for the various techniques he devised in Pictorial Photography.

His unique style of teaching, communicating has endeared him to his numerous students both in India & abroad.  He is a visiting faculty to some premier Institutes where he conducts Workshops, Courses and teaches Photography to students of Mass Media and Communication at the Bachelors and Masters levels.

Pralay Lahiri

Merchant Navy Officer for almost twenty years, Pralay Lahiri has been traversing the jungles of India for almost twenty six years since the jungle and photography were his first love and the sea came second. Finally the call of the wild and the lens made him give up sailing and turn to full time wildlife photography and nature writing.

He has also been a regular contributor to various wildlife photography magazines like Bon, Banyapran and Akhon Aronyok. He has been awarded the best photograph award by The Telegraph, Calcutta.

Yash Sandhu

Cinematic perspective fused with a multi-layered approach to lighting, casting, makeup, design and retouching sets Yash Sandhu’s images apart. A preferred photographer for US Agency89, his unique style of shooting fashion and portraits gracefully balances art with commercialism.

Preeti Baid Patwari

Ms. Preeti Baid Patwari is an acclaimed Photographer specializing in Event Shoots, Pre-Wedding, New Born Portfolios, Fashion Photography, Product Photography.

And a number of visiting Faculty Members from various streams of Commercial Photography.

Mentors

Mr. Shyamal Kumar Roy, M.Sc., B.T., AFIAP, FFIP

Shyamal Kumar Roy, completed his Diploma in Photography from Photographic Association of Dum Dum in 1976, and after that did Post Diploma on Portrait under the valued guidance of Late Benu Sen,MFIAP, FRPS, Hon EFIAP, ESFIAP. He had the rare opportunity to assist Mr. Benu Sen in his photographic works as well as helped him in the works of FIP (Federation of Indian Photography). Mr. Benu Sen was the Secretary General of FIP till his demise.

Having learnt from the Great Master, Mr. Benu Sen, the techniques of Portrait photography,  Shyamal Roy has been conducting specialized Workshops on Portraiture in addition to being a Mentor to the diploma students of PAD for around the last 30 years. His works have been exhibited and applauded all over the world in major Galleries and Exhibitions.

Known for his excellent teaching skills, Mr. Shyamal Kumar Roy is greatly admired by his past students, many of who now are established and renowned Photographers in various Commercial fields.
